3 Things You Should Do Today

1. Go outside and find something beautiful, an animal, a flower, a cloud and just appreciate it for 3 minutes.

2. Breathe 3 big deep huge breaths and then notice your body after, feel better?

3. Hug someone – hug them for 20 seconds to let the endorphins flow – if that’s not too long of a time for you and the other person 😉 (don’t be a creepy hugger) make it a good ol squeeze!
