Gratitude Practice…Day 21

Practice listening to your inner guidance by writing down a question you have such as, “Is taking this new job offer in my best interest at this time?” Then close your eyes, take 3 deep easy breaths and ask for a quiet mental space to listen beyond your fears and worries. Give yourself a minute or two…The response may not be in words, but simply a quiet impetus to move forward or not. In that stillness you will learn to listen to your unique signals of self-communication. Deepak Choprah
